Organic = no chemicals, hormones, antibiotics or genetically modified organisms are used or artificial food additives including artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colouring, flavourings….and breathe. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

There’s lots of debates on whether to eat solely organic. I do choose to eat a lot of organic fruit and veg, but certainly not exclusively. It is not absolutely essential for good health, with not enough credible studies to prove either way. But I do find the taste is much better with certain things!! ⁣ ⁣

As for that pesky plastic. Nobody is perfect but in this day and age we can all do little bits. I try where I can to be as plastic free as possible (even when the cashier moans for not putting my veg in bags) ⁣so just be mindful, a little less is a step the right way. ⁣⁣

So, EAT THE RAINBOW – colourful food is recognised and loved by your body – and in turn makes you feel good. Keep it simplessss and do what you can! Less shaming, more educating and getting involved. You’re more than worth it!
