And YES, of course you can have aesthetic or health based goals – but don’t base your entire existence on it – you’re more than numbers, ➡️ you’ll never ever ever look like someone else ⬅️ so let’s open our minds together, and enjoy the way our bodies move, our strengths and how we look!

I’m not perfect either, and still have moments of comparison or distorted thoughts about my body, but working on it is the most wonderful work in progress…
