I had the best time yesterday hosting our plant based workshop in Barcelona with the fantastic chef and friend Lucy from @wildlulita

⁣We learnt so many useful recipes and tips, and the nutritional value of being more plant based and of course enjoyed some gorgeous food!

People from all dietary backgrounds, flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan, none of the above – but most importantly, all coming together with an open mind, to explore the plant based world, and enjoy the deliciousness that comes with it!

It can be scary to make big changes, in life, and in our diets. But with the right support, it can be done, and it can be fun!
