Time to take care of you..

Living mindfully and healthily doesn’t just come from movement and the food we eat. We all need and deserve real downtime, which is why I have created this self care menu. Encompassing meditation, relaxation, head massage, dynamic stretching, and complete YOU time. These private sessions will be held in the studio or online, and personalised to whatever you need. Upon booking, you will receive some questions, so I can tailor your session to exactly what your body and mind needs.

Self care means giving yourself permission to pause.



All Self Care sessions, whether online or in the studio, will be tailored to suit you. The studio space will be calming, and all scents/music will be based on how you would like to feel like after your session, with candles, defusing aromatherapy oils, tea, & blankets.

If you are booking an online session, I will give you advice on how to make your space suitable for our session, and instead of the massage aspect, you will have more focussed time on stretching and your personal meditation.

Prices are per session, with a maximum of 2 people per booking.
Existing Personal Training clients, you may use your existing package sessions for Self Care sessions.

For those who need a short but effective meditation, take some time away from the pressures of life, and allow your brain to relax.

30 minute meditation & stretch, including focussed head pressure point massage.


For those who need to unwind, rejuvenate, and leave feeling ready for the world again.

45 minutes of dynamic stretching, focussing on areas you feel need the extra attention. Including deep breathing, a personalised meditation & focussed head pressure point massage.


For those who need an hour of focussed quality you time, stretching and brain space.

1 hour of downtime. We will start with some dynamic stretching using a range of equipment and techniques, focussing on areas you feel need the extra attention, followed by a personal meditation, focussed head/face pressure point massage and ending with breathing techniques.


For those who are working on laptops / from home, and feeling the pressure on your body and mind.

1 hour of you time, away from your work. We will start with dynamic stretching focussing solely on areas such as upper back, lower back, legs, chest and stomach (digestion) – all the areas that are affected by working on a laptop for long periods of time. We will use rolling techniques, the pranamat, ball, and end with a focussed head pressure point massage, and deep breathing techniques.

Equipment and techniques used:

Indian head massage uses a range of pressure points around the face and head, to reduce stress symptoms, relax the mind, improve circulation and encourage lower blood pressure and a sense of calm.
Pranamat Eco embodies thousands of acupressure points, that thoroughly massage your body when lying on it; relieving tension, knots and spasms in the muscles. Generates blood circulation and helps your body relax. The sensation you have after using is very similar to that of a classical massage.
Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion
Quality pure and natural essential oils, help to ease tension, relieve headaches or migraine, induce a sense of calm and relaxation, and even boost energy.
Mindfulness meditation, is the practice of focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment. Addresses stress, promoting calm, reducing anxiety, and not judging thoughts, just allowing yourself to BE.
