Nutrition is key to a healthy lifestyle, and with so much conflicting advice, I am here to help you debunk the myths. Let’s get you on the right track.
I have studied various nutrition programmes, including nutrition therapy and weight management, and have an extensive knowledge and qualifications in nutrition. I have been on my own journey with the food I eat, and after losing a hell of a lot of body fat myself using my own knowledge and education, I now help my training clients with their own personal goals.
With any booking of 5 or more personal training sessions with me, you will receive a complementary nutrition consultation, to address any issues, and to make sure your food matches your new fitness journey.
If you would like to book your very own nutrition consultation (1 hour long), where we will sit down together, and go through your eating habits. Making healthy swaps where it is needed, and learn the basics about macronutrients, micronutrients, and what they mean for your body, get in touch.
I believe in simplicity. Listen to your own body and get to know it. Working with, not against it. Meal plans don’t tend to work, instead I want you to understand nutrition and what it does for your body. Anyone who knows me, knows I am a complete foodie! I like to stick to the 80/20 rule, of eating spot on, perfectly healthy delicious food that will give you all you need, and 20% of the time, being a little more relaxed, and enjoying that cupcake. Life happens. And the more we find that balance with the food we eat, the more healthy, relaxed, and sustainable our healthy lifestyle will be.
