We had a great time yesterday at the end of summer beach social! A gorgeous afternoon, with great conversations, and lovely humans! As much as movement, and nourishing our bodies is important, so is the sense of community. Especially in a place like Barcelona – it is so important to feel like you belong, and I think we do that so well with the studio! SO many nationalities, different people, and backgrounds, together. What a great feeling!!
